3. Reservations & Bookings

• Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.

• We request a timely arrival; tables may be released if guests are more than 15 minutes late without notice.

• Deposits may be required for group bookings and events.

4. Payments

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Deposits for group bookings may be non-refundable if canceled late.

• Disorderly or offensive conduct may result in removal from the premises.

• Please inform staff of any allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering.

9. Liability

• Planet of the Grapes is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.

• We are not liable for any injuries caused by irresponsible behavior or excessive alcohol consumption.
